Split PDF FAQ

Can I extract only one page?

Yes. Enter a single page number such as 4.

Can I extract several page ranges?

Yes. For example, 1-3,7,10-15 extracts those pages in ascending page-number order; repeated page numbers are included only once.

Can I extract odd or even pages?

Yes. Use the Odd Pages or Even Pages shortcut.

Does splitting reduce PDF quality?

No intentional image rasterization is performed. Existing PDF pages are copied into the output document.

Can I download each page separately?

Yes. Select “Separate PDF for each selected page (ZIP)” to receive individual PDF files packaged together in one ZIP download.

Will bookmarks and forms be preserved?

The tool copies existing pages rather than converting them to images, but document-level features such as bookmarks and some interactive elements may not carry over. Keep your original PDF.

Are my files uploaded?

No. Processing runs locally in your browser. The page loads its PDF-processing libraries from external CDNs.
